Hello and happy Friday!  A big thanks to everyone who stepped up this week to support our LIs, and their PTs, when it was needed!  Which was all of you! The enrollment team popped by on Wednesday to see the PTs and SBS in action -- they loved what they saw!  Keep up the amazing work! PT Survey #2 Data We are currently reviewing the PT data from Survey #2, which gives us excellent feedback not only on SBS but on the program as a whole.  Next week, I will send you your individual data with next steps. Exit Tickets Exit Ticket submission has plummeted to almost half of PTs not completing them!  Review Exit Tickets for the week by Friday, communicate to PTs who are consistently not completing them, and log FYIs.  Escalate to Level 2 FYIs if they continue not to submit. Please let me know if I can support you with this! Important Dates Thursday, March 28th: Formative Assessment Data Reflection was due yesterday.  Unless you granted an extension, consider it officiall

Happy Friday, LIs!  Thanks for reaching out with the issues your PTs faced during the last Virtual Session.  Teachlikeachampion.com, which hosted the videos, was down. Please encourage your PTs to watch the videos at a later date to support their development, while excusing them from the associated discussion posts.  This is the only assignment that was impacted.   If you haven’t done so already, please complete the LI SURVEY from the NYC Teaching Academies program that was sent last week! Thank you to those who have! Virtual SBS: Now that our last Virtual SBS has closed, we are eager for your feedback!  Please complete the  LI Feedback Survey   prior to our 3.19 Virtual LI Meeting.  Your feedback will have a huge impact on future Virtual SBS.  LI Meeting 3.19: Our Virtual LI Meeting is scheduled for  3.19  from  4:30-7:30.  Sign-in details are below and will be emailed to you as well. Happy Friday, LIs!  It's a long haul to Spring Break, but you're all keeping the dream alive! Today is Angela's official last day!  Good luck on your new adventure, Angela!  We will miss you. Gateway 1 and PIPs Gateway 1 closed today, March 8th.  PT performance data is under review and will drive the topics for our first two Responsive Coaching Sessions (RCS), scheduled for Friday, March 22nd.   I'll share with you the names of the PTs who will be invited, based on their Gateway 1 performance. PTs may be expressing to you their anxiety around their performance, particularly if they are placed on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).  Please reiterate that PIPs are meant to support not punish or place anyone "on notice."  PIPs target the PTs area of growth and helps to move them to where they need to be before the next Gateway.  Approximately 25% of PTs are placed on PIPs, and only about 5% of PTs are outplaced.
